. Refunds will NOT be given after you OK'd the first draft and paid for the commission upfront on the same day.

. Each piece may take up from a few weeks to a month to complete depending on how big and complex it is.  

. Do NOT try to haggle for lower prices. This is as low as it's going to go just to compensate for the lack funds needed for emergencies.
